Access and authentication
Access to the merchant workspace is scoped to the Shopify install. Admin actions are logged and reviewable.
Data in transit and at rest
Traffic to the app is encrypted in transit with TLS. At-rest encryption is provided by the underlying cloud infrastructure.
Shared responsibility
LevelOps runs the app and its infrastructure. Merchants control who has admin access in their Shopify store and who receives approval alerts.
Vulnerability reports
Send responsible-disclosure reports to security@levelops.io. Acknowledgement within one business day.
