LevelOps is a software company focused on order operations for wholesale and B2B brands. We help Shopify merchants remove manual data entry from the parts of their business that scale the worst: PDF purchase orders, email orders, and one-off customer requests.

PDF to Order is our flagship app. It turns wholesale PDFs and email orders into Shopify draft orders, matched to your catalog, with an approval queue your ops team actually enjoys using.

Maxime has spent the last 15 years helping manufacturing and retail companies improve their operations and technologies. Previously VP of Operations at Goodfood and supply chain consultant at Deloitte.

Thierry Ferland

CTO & Founder

Thierry specializes in automation and system integration. Former CTO of La Récolte, a farm-to-table retailer, where he built technology to make manufacturing and retail operations more efficient.
